Weldon's Deck Improvements was founded in 2021 by a veteran who came home from military service with a clear goal: build things that last and treat people right. After years of serving others, the transition to construction felt natural. The skills, the discipline, and the commitment to doing the job correctly carried right over.
The business grew out of a simple belief that homeowners in the North Georgia mountains deserve an honest contractor. No runaround, no inflated quotes, no disappearing acts. Just straightforward work from someone who takes pride in what he builds and stands behind it.
As a licensed General Contractor holding licenses RLCO-005403 and RLQA005391, we are qualified for residential and light commercial projects. That means we are not limited to decks alone. We can handle the full scope of your outdoor project from the ground up, making us a true one-stop shop for outdoor renovation.
Our core work centers on decks of all kinds. We build new decks, repair aging ones, install composite decking systems, and construct luxury outdoor living spaces. We also build pergolas, add roofs over existing decks, and handle ongoing maintenance so your investment holds up through every Georgia season.
